FOX23 learned Adacia Chambers, the woman arrested after the OSU homecoming crash, was booked in the Stillwater City Jail on DUI charges and four counts of second degree murder.
Her attorney said in a press conference that he does not believe Chambers was drinking, but that she has a history of mental illness.
Chambers’ court appearance is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday. She will not be released before she sees a judge. She is being held at the Payne County Jail. No bond has been set.
If convicted, Chambers could face ten years to life in prison for each count of second degree murder.
