One person was killed, and two teens were injured, in a crash between a school bus and tractor-trailer in Prince George’s County, Maryland, police said.

Six people, including the bus driver and two students, were taken to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to WRC.

WRC reported the truck was flipped over and the bus had damage to the front and driver's side.

The bus was on the way to Charles H. Flowers High School around 6:35 a.m., according to officials with the Prince George’s County Public Schools.

As for the person killed in the crash, police have not released the person's name, WTTG reported.

A hazardous materials team was called to the scene of the crash to clean up fluids that leaked from the vehicles involved in the crash, WRC reported.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, WTTG reported.
