Oklahoma girl battling kidney disease seeks birthday cards from law enforcement, police say

Oct 1, 2019The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a girl battling kidney disease has a simple birthday wish: to receive cards from law enforcement officers.
According to KOKI-TV, the agency said in a Facebook post that McKinleigh Berry, 7, of Wagoner, "has stage 2 kidney disease and motor stereotypies."
"All she wants for her 8th birthday are cards from law enforcement," read the post, which has been shared hundreds of times.

According to OHP's post, officers can send their cards to McKinleigh at 1806 N. York St., Muskogee, OK 74403.
