A U.S. Navy family moving across the country is pleading for help to track down a prized possession that has been stolen.

Jennifer Lunney said she and her daughter took a ferry to Bainbridge Island Sunday afternoon, leaving their SUV parked in Seattle.  When they came back in the evening, they found the window smashed and their backpacks stolen.

They lost iPads and other electronics, but they say the real heartbreak is the loss of daughter's stuffed bear, named BearBear.  It has been with the family through countless military moves.

The Lunneys contacted police, who helped them track down their phone.

However, the man who had it said he didn't know anything about the rest of the stolen items.

If you recognize the stuffed animal and have a tip for the family, e-mail them at BearBear@Lunney.org.
