If a Mexican soccer team loses its next home match, fans will get free beer the next time the squad takes the pitch. According to ESPN, Club Puebla fans who attend the Liga MX league match against Juarez will be eligible for the frothy brew, perhaps to ease the sting of defeat.

The free beer would be handed out at the club's next home game against Atletico San Luis, the website reported.

"If we don't win on Thursday, you get a free beer in the match against @AtletideSanLuis!" Puebla tweeted.

The Camoteros have not won in the last five matches and are next to last in the team standings with two points, which came from a pair of ties, ESPN reported.

Puebla has gone 0-2-1 at home this season.
