A Chicago fast food worker's good deed is going viral after he is seen helping feed a disabled man.
It all happened during the dinner rush last week, WMAQ reported.
The worker, only known as Kenny, was asked by an elderly man in a wheelchair for help cutting his food and eating his meal.
Kenny then did the unthinkable in the busy restaurant. He shut down his register, grabbed a pair of gloves and cut up the man's dinner, WMAQ reported.
The good act was captured by a fellow patron who posted it to Facebook, where it was shared more than 250,000 times. It had another 700,000 views on other social media sites.
The restaurant's owner said he is proud of his employee and that the company is "overwhelmed by the positive response [Kenny] has received for his compassion and kindness."
"It's a true testament to who Kenny is, and as a reminder to us all that one seemingly small act of kindness can touch the hearts of so many," Rod Lubeznik said in a statement to WMAQ.
