Check your pantry, under the sink, in the garage, or anywhere you have stored a fire extinguisher after one company has recalled more than 37 million devices.

Kidde is recalling its fire extinguishers after it has been found that they can clog or must need what officials called, excessive force, to use, the CPSC reported. They can fail during a fire. The nozzle can also come off during activation. There is enough force from the nozzle flying off that it can cause damage or injury.

There has been one report of a death in relation to the malfunction of the fire extinguisher.

Kidde will replace the fire extinguisher.
