Man stops at In-N-Out Burger during police chase
A man stopped at an In-N-Out Burger drive-thru Wednesday while being chased by police.
Police tried to pull over Josh Adkins, who had outstanding warrants, around 10:30 p.m., when he lead them on a low-speed pursuit through south Phoenix, according to KSAZ.
Adkins went into the drive-thru and appeared to order food, before driving off without being stopped by police, according to UPI. He then got out of his truck and ran into a backyard, where he surrendered to police, according to KPNX.
Adkins, 35, was arrested and charged with suspicion of unlawful flight from law enforcement, aggravated assault-domestic violence, and unlawful imprisonment.
