A man in Minnesota said he thought it was OK to fish in the buff since no one was around, but police said it was still against the law.
Police received a call on Monday from people living at North Turtle Lake in Underwood, Minnesota, that there was a man fishing naked from a boat near the shore, The Associated Press reported.
Lt. Keith Van Dyke with the Otter Tail County Sheriff's office, said they found Michael Blake fishing from a pontoon boat about 50 feet from shore, the AP reported.
Blake said he didn't think anyone was at the summer homes that surround the lake, so he thought it was OK, Van Dyke said.
Blake was charged with gross misdemeanor indecent exposure, the AP reported.
