A man fatally shot himself in the parking lot outside the Costco store in Centerville.
The man shot himself Wednesday afternoon as police officers were trying to speak with him, Centerville police spokesman John Davis said.
Paramedics attended to the man, who has not been identified. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
