A Georgia man accused in a drunken driving accident that killed his bride just hours after their wedding has been charged with DUI again.
Pickens County deputies arrested Ryan Quinton on Saturday. Deputies say Quinton couldn't maintain his lane and failed to stop at a stop sign.
A test determined Quinton had a blood-alcohol content of .158 percent.
Quinton is currently free on bond from Cherokee County, Georgia, on vehicular homicide charges.
Investigators say Quinton and his wife Kali had just left their wedding reception in December 2013 when Quinton lost control of his car and rolled it down an embankment.
Kali Quinton was trapped underneath and died.
Police say Quinton initially told them he swerved to avoid a dog on the road.
He was charged with DUI, vehicular homicide and other charges and released on $25,000 bond.
