A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after police said he grabbed a grocery store worker for not bagging his groceries the way he thought they should have been.

Bradley Bower is charged with simple assault, WPMT reported.

Police said Bower was upset after a cashier at a Giant Food Store in York County put canned goods in the same bag as his chips, smashing his chips.

Bower told police he asked the cashier to not bag the groceries that way.

Police said as Bower was leaving, he asked the cashier, "Do you have a problem with me? Because I have a problem with you," WPMT reported.

The cashier told police he thought the customer was joking and responded, “Do you?”

That’s when police said Bower grabbed the cashier around the neck. The cashier then pushed Bower away, with employees trying to separate them.

The cashier was bruised in the Feb. 2 incident, police said.

Bower was charged by summons, police told WPMT.
