Holly and her mother were taken to animal control several weeks ago in need of immediate care.
One of Holly’s back legs was completely crushed. It was amputated that night.
Now, Holly is climbing stairs like a champ.
Adopt An Angel, a North Carolina animal rescue group, shared Holly’s story Saturday in a YouTube video complete with “Rocky” theme song “Gonna Fly Now.”
“She is thriving and her will to live is a testament that every pet deserves to live and to be loved,” Adopt An Angel wrote in the video.
Holly’s mother is undergoing heartworm treatment and is available for adoption.
Holly has been adopted.
Holly has been adopted! But, Adopt an Angel would like you to donate at www.adoptanangel.net so it can continue its lifesaving work. Holly is living proof of the good work AAA does!
