Landscape company owner shoots customer during dispute, police say

Ryan Nolan Holladay, 36, went to a 34-year-old man’s house Sunday to “mediate” after a deal had broken down, then drew a gun from his pocket and shot the homeowner twice, KSL reported

Saratoga Springs police said Holladay fired six shots, hitting the man in the right bicep and rib cage, KSL reported

Investigators located Holladay’s phone in a parked car at the Salt Lake City International Airport. He was not found, and a $100,000 warrant for his arrest was issued. 

Holladay is charged with multiple counts of discharging a firearm and possession of a firearm by a restricted person, KSL reported.

Holladay was previously convicted of robbery, possession of a weapon by a restricted person and impersonating an officer in 2003 and sentenced to up to 15 years to run concurrent to a five-year sentence from a 2002 aggravated robbery conviction, KSL reported.
