Brownlee told the station police were called out July 17 and took a report. He added that the Department of Children Services is activating a safety plan for the infant boy and another girl in the video. DCS told the station they were looking into it but could not go into detail.

“We would like to thank FOX for passing along the video,” said Brownlee, “The investigation’s ongoing, and depending on upon when the investigation reveals that will dictate how we proceed forward.”

In the last minute of the video, a man picks up the infant and takes him away. He told the station he took the video as evidence to help get the infant to safety.
