Since its release in February, the film "Fifty Shades of Grey" has caused a vast amount of controversy, with everyone from news anchors to celebrities voicing their opinion on the sexy drama.

One of those celebrities is Christy Carlson Romano, a former star on TV shows "Kim Possible" and "Even Stevens," who voiced concern that the flick caused confusion on what consent actually is.

"Both the film and the novel blur consent by claiming it's a grey area, when it's in fact black and white," the 30-year-old actress told US Weekly.

She was certain that America wouldn't stand for it and snub the film, so much so that she made a bet with her husband, Brendan Rooney.

The wager stated that if the movie got knocked off the box office's top spot on the weekend of its release, Rooney would stand on a freezing New York balcony in only his boxers. If Romano's belief proved wrong and people flocked to the theatres, however, she would have to stand on the icy balcony in lingerie.

As we now know, people didn't just flock to the theatres but flooded them to catch Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, which means the Even Stevens actress had to strip down.

"In protest of this misogynistic and misguided film, I'm going to exercise my right of consent and stand outside," she states in a Youtube video.

Romano completed her bet by standing a full minute outside in the chilly weather before rushing back inside to the warmth, where she had another surprise waiting for her.

The Kim Possible star topped off the wager by posting a picture of her in her outfit on the balcony with a sign that read "#Consent."
