Wildlife officials said they’re looking into reports of a monkey on the loose in DeBary.
Some residents posted a picture of what looks like a monkey in the area of Sunrise Boulevard and Palm Road.
Florida Fish and Wildlife officials are looking into the matter.

FWC spokesman Greg Workman said there is no one in that area permitted to own a monkey, meaning it could have come from somewhere else.
