Not one, but two Florida cities ranked in the top five happiest and healthiest cities in America.

Healthways just released its State of American Well-Being 2015 Community Rankings, which measures 190 cities about how their residents feel about their physical health, social ties, financial security, community and sense of purpose.

Naples made the No. 1 spot for having the lowest levels of stress and depression and for having the most people who eat healthy. Salinas, California, made the cut at No. 2.

North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton was the second Florida city on the list, coming in at No. 3, with Fort Collins, Colorado, and Barnstable Town, Massachusetts, right behind.

Florida, California, Colorado and Texas were also considered high-ranking states for having 14 of the top 20 well-being communities, according to the report.

“If you live in Florida, California, Colorado and Texas you’re living in a state that has several communities that rank very highly in overall well-being,” Healthways says on its website.

There were also cities that had the lowest state of well-being, which include Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Charleston, South Carolina. Ohio was also the state that had five of the lowest 20 well-being communities in the U.S., Healthways says.
