A Canadian man apparently confessed on Facebook to slaying three family members before killing himself last week, NBC News reports.
"Over the last 10 days, I have done some of the worst things I could have ever imagined a person doing," Randy Janzen of British Columbia allegedly wrote on his Facebook page Thursday.

In the unverified post, which has been deleted, Janzen reportedly said he shot his 19-year-old daughter, Emily, in the head to relieve her suffering from migraines.
"I took a gun and shot her in the head and now she is migraine-free and floating in the clouds on a sunny afternoon, her long beautiful brown hair flowing in the breeze, a true angel," the post reportedly said.
The post said he later killed his wife, Laurel, and sister, Shelly, according to NBC News.
"Now my family is pain free and in heaven," the post apparently said. "I have great remorse for my actions and feel like the dirt that I am."
The Winnipeg Free Press said several members of a family and the suspect were found dead at two locations in British Columbia's Fraser Valley. Police would not reveal the victims' identities.
