A video of two police officers showing off their air guitar skills and belting out sometimes slightly off-key Journey lyrics has gone viral.
The Palisade Police Department posted a video to the department's Facebook page on Feb. 29 of two of its officers enthusiastically singing along to Journey's "Don't Stop Believing." In less then one week, the video garnered more than 900,000 views, 13,000 likes and 22,000 shares.
“We know it's been a hard year so far for our law enforcement family,” the department wrote a post for the video. “Always remember the brotherhood that we have and know it will always keep us together as we push through the struggle. Don't stop believing.”

The lighthearted video was made to uplift their brothers and sisters in blue and also to bolster relations with community members.
"Our job is to serve the public at the end of the day," Mark Post, a detective with Palisade police who was featured in the viral video, told KJCT. "If we're not serving them, if we're not interacting with them, we're kind of failing at our jobs."
