In a new PSA, the mom-to-be stresses the importance of recognizing and treating mental health challenges among children.
"We need to help young people and their parents understand that it's not a sign of weakness to ask for help," the duchess said in the video for the charity Place2Be. "A child's mental health is just as important as their physical health and deserves the same quality of support."
The message is part of the UK's first "Children's Mental Health Week," which falls Feb. 16 - 22.
