Wilkins posted the video of his daughter, Jojo, to Instagram on Tuesday morning. As of Tuesday evening, the video had more than 27,000 views.

"When most people see my daughter JoJo, they see a wheelchair," Wilkins wrote in the caption. "When I see her, I see POTENTIAL, STRENGTH and BEAUTY! She’s just like (everyone) else. We all have challenges. They just come in different forms."

Spina bifida is a condition in which a person's spinal cord doesn't develop properly, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Among the possible complications of spina bifida is paralysis.
