Dogs crash into Walmart after woman leaves them in car
By Cox Media Group National Content Desk
Aug 1, 2016A West Virginia woman learned one reason why dogs should not be left in cars alone. They might be able to drive it.
The woman left her dogs inside her car, which was running, on Friday while she went into Walmart, according to WSAZ.
The dogs managed to get the car out of park and it moved slowly down the parking lot and into the building. After the impact, one of the dogs then rolled down a window.
The store paged the owner of the car, who was able to drive it home after the crash.
Despite not wearing seat belts, the dogs were fine, Wayne County Sheriff's Department told WSAZ.
