Police called Elisha Fehrenbach and LeCreasha Maddox professional squatters who have been living with three kids in different foreclosed homes all over Tulsa.
According to Fox 23, officials said the couple really had nothing to call their own. They not only spent the last three years living illegally in several empty homes across the city, they also decorated the houses with stolen items.
"I went around to every room, and I'm like, oh my gosh, that's all my stuff! It's just so creepy," said Shannon Mantegani.
Last week, the couple stole numerous items from her father's abandoned house, then took his things to another empty residence. Mantegani has since gotten a lot of her father's possession back.
"Apparently this couple figured that no one was living in my dad's house. He passed away this last year," Mantegani said.
Police believe the couple broke into the fully furnished home, loaded up and made a short drive to their next house.
Cpl. Larry Mark, a 20-year veteran, said he's shocked by the case.
"It's crazy. I mean this is the first time I have ever seen this. They've gone through a lot of effort to do this," Mark said.

Mantegani said neighbors saw the two breaking into her father's home and positively identified the couple to police.
“It’s disheartening that you’re already grieving your parent, and then what you have left of them is stolen by some sleaze bag,” Mantegani said.
One person related to the alleged crimes has been arrested, and another is on the run.
