Florida police arrived to a school in Manatee County after they were called to investigate two 7-year-olds who kissed "on the lips."
The cops are being asked to investigate whether the act by the elementary school students was enough to be called "lewd and lascivious" behavior.

The allegation of the "unnatural and lascivious" kiss happened during class.
Deputy April Culbreath states that a teacher witnessed the children, but that there was "no indication that there was anything sexual about this incident."
She continued that "this case should be closed unfounded" because no Florida state law had been broken.
