Police in Washington state are looking for a man who has a Grays Harbor County arrest warrant on a first-degree child rape charge.
Aberdeen police released a photo of Silverio Velazquez-Tetactle in the hopes that someone might know his whereabouts.
Velazquez-Tetactle is 36 years old, stands 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
