A 5-year-old little boy's dreams came true recently.
Jack Carder threw out the first pitch at a Columbus Clippers minor league baseball game, but what makes this story amazing is that the little boy was there thanks to the kindness of a group of New York students, ABC News reported.

Carder was born with only a thumb, no fingers, on his right hand, according to WSYX.
That's where the students from New York come in. A team of 13 students from Siena University in Albany, New York printed an Iron Man-themed prosthetic hand. It even has a "laser" on the hand, just like the super hero, WSYX reported.
Carder's mom got the idea from a video of the students printing an arm for another little boy.
Before his new hand, Carder played baseball and other sports, but now his new hand is helping improve his motor skills like picking up crayons, WSYX reported.
The students are part of a non-profit group called e-NABLE, which according ot the non-profit's website, is "A global network of passionate volunteers using 3D printing to give the world a 'helping hand'," by creating low-cost prosthetic hands and arms for children and adults.
