Broadway stars are joining their voices to show their support to victims of this weekend's deadly shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.

Stars like Audra McDonald, Idina Menzel and Lin-Manuel Miranda, backed by a 25-piece orchestra, sang "What the World Needs Now is Love," The Associated Press reported.

The song was written by Burt Bacharach and released in the mid-1960s.

The recording was inspired by 1985's "We Are the World," which was a benefit for Africa.

The song was released Monday for $1.99 on the Broadway Records' website, followed on iTunes.

All proceeds will go to the LGBT Center of Central Florida, The AP reported.
