A bride and groom refused to let the fear of terrorism interrupt their special day.

A photo tweeted by Joris Marseille, shows the bride and groom posing in the deserted streets of Brussels after the city issued a maximum terror threat level.

The photo shows the bride and groom standing between two armed guards. The bride is clutching her bouquet as her groom holds an umbrella over their heads.

Police continue to carry out raids in Brussels, where officials say some of the suspects in the Paris attacks live.
