A boy from Michigan who has a terminal brain tumor wanted more than anything to take a trip to the beach, but his health issues prevented his family from bringing him there, WFXT reports.
So a charitable organization stepped in and brought the beach to him.
Four-year-old Chad Carr was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, a rare brain tumor, in September. Since then, he has undergone several exhaustive medical treatments.
Like most kids, Chad wants to spend his summer at the beach, but due to his worsening condition, he's unable to travel.
The charity, Wigs and Wishes – Friends Are By Your Side, decided to step in and bring the beach to Chad.
Fox News was at the Carr residence when Chad was surprised with his very own backyard beach.
"I seriously cannot believe that he pulled this off," Chad's mother, Tammi Curtis Carr, said of the charity's founder. "I got to see Chad's face and how excited he was when he saw everything. He had the combination of all of his wishes. The beach, shells, a hot tub – and he loves bubbles."

The charity's founder said they're happy to help chad in any way they can.
"Originally, Chad's wish was to go to Sanibel Island in Florida because it's loaded with shells and that's what he wanted to do, so we were sending his whole family," said Wigs and Wishes founder Martino Cartier. "But then when his mom said he wasn't well enough, he sent me a little video saying he wanted a hot tub, so I thought, well, if we can't take him to the beach, we'll bring the beach to him."
Chad has a long road ahead of him as he continues fighting this aggressive tumor, but for now, he's enjoying his own private beach.
