The autopsy on a child whose mother was pushing his dead body in a park swing in La Plata has not revealed the cause of death.
Law enforcement officials said Monday that there were no findings indicating how or why the 3-year-old died.
His mother, 24, was hospitalized Friday for evaluation. Witnesses said she may have been at the park with the boy for hours before someone called authorities to request a wellness check.
Detectives have not ruled out foul play.
