>> UPDATE: Florida Gov. Rick Scott responds to viral video: ‘She was not someone you could talk to’

Jennings, a former Lake Worth city commissioner who held office for two terms between 2006 and 2010, has touted herself as an "anarchist" in the past, according to the Palm Beach Post.

“You don't care about working people. You should be ashamed to show your face around here,” said Jennings. "You cut Medicaid, so I couldn’t get Obamacare."

“We created a million jobs," Scott said.

"Who here has a great job?” asked Jennings.

The governor had come to Gainesville to tour the new headquarters and factory of the biopharmaceutical company Nanotherapeutics, The Gainesville Sun reported.

Jennings said she recognized the governor when he came into the Starbucks, and she decided to take that opportunity to voice her opinion.

According to  ABC Action News, Jennings, 39, is now a stay-at-home mom who works part-time. Action News also reported that Jennings said she knows that many people finding jobs are receiving low wages, which is why she dismissed Scott's response about job creation.

It should be noted that Scott has gone back and forth on the issue of expanding Medicaid, but has not cut the program.
