At least a dozen women have come forward with allegations against Donald Trump in the days since a 2005 recording in which the Republican presidential nominee bragged about using his celebrity status to sexually assault women became public.

The audio, captured on a hot microphone on the set of "Days of Our Lives" before Trump taped a cameo appearance for the soap opera, was first obtained and published Oct. 7 by The Washington Post.

"I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her," Trump says on the tape after he spots actress Arianne Zucker. "You know, I'm automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. … Grab them by the (expletive). You can do anything."

Trump has emphatically denied the accusations and promised to reveal evidence that the allegations are baseless "at the appropriate time."
