Leaders in France are talking about closing down some mosques, and GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump says America should too.
On MSNBC's "Morning Joe," host Joe Scarborough said to Trump that France might close down mosques where "hate is preached."
Trump said he would strongly consider doing the same in the U.S. if he becomes President because he says in some mosques, the hatred is "beyond belief."
He says surveillance should be stepped up around mosques too.
"You're going to have to watch and study the mosques," Trump said.
