A confrontation between a Donald Trump supporter and a protester turned violent Monday as more than 10,000 filled the Times Union Center in Albany, New York, to support the Republican front-runner for the presidential nomination.

In video of the confrontation shared by the Times Union, a man can be seen booing loudly as another man, identified by the paper as Mike Caraher, shouts back. A few seconds into the video, Caraher shoves the protester in the face as the surrounding crowd tries to keep them separated.

“I have my personal rights and my personal space,” Caraher told the Times Union after the rally. “They're going to start yelling about some (expletive), I'll snatch your (expletive) up.”

The protester, who was not identified, does not appear to retaliate after the incident. He was led out by security.

The confrontation didn't grab Trump's attention, according to the newspaper, but other disruptions did. He paused several times to call for the removal of protesters, at one point telling the crowd to “send him back home to mom,” the Times Union reported.

Despite the hostilities, the rally remained largely peaceful.

The incident is the latest in a string of reportedly violent incidents at Trump rallies. On March 29, a teenage girl said she was groped and sprayed in the face with Mace at a rally in Wisconsin.

On the same day, police in Florida arrested Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, after video of him roughly grabbing a female reporter at a news conference surfaced.
