Monkeys to ride dogs at Galveston fair's 'Banana Derby'
Capuchin monkeys will ride dogs during a race at a fair in Galveston, Texas.
They don’t monkey around at the Banana Derby.
The Galveston County Fair and Rodeo features a race with monkeys riding dogs, KTRK reported.

For the race, a Capuchin monkey reportedly will be dressed up like a horse jockey and will jump on top of a dog, the television station reported. Then, monkey and dog will race around a small track.
Organizers said they got the idea when their pet monkey, Gilligan, started riding the family dog, KTRK reported.
