Model and mom Niki Taylor was in town recently for a series of  business meetings, and it sounds like the "Celebrity Apprentice" alum has some interesting partnerships coming together.

"I'm really interested to work in (Atlanta), " she said during an  interview at Establishment, a Buckhead restaurant and cocktail  lounge co-owned by her agent Brandon Lewis, also owner of Click  Models-Atlanta. "You guys are my neighbors. I live in Nashville."

She enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids in their  Tennessee spread and keeps up with fans on her Facebook page,  where  she offers tips and answers questions. Best beauty tip: Cheap  shampoo works just fine,  she revealed.

Her advice to young models launching their careers in the Instagram  era: "Never take anything for granted. Don't think you're bigger  than you are. Any job you're given, that's a door open to you."

Still stunning in her late 30s,  Taylor said her only relationship  with cosmetic procedures is her collection of funky tattoos.

"I like scars. I like blemishes. I like people to look real, " she  said. "You want to look like you. There's only one you. Love it!"
