A fugitive from Minnesota charged with sex trafficking a minor has been arrested in Atlanta, the FBI said.

Charles William Dexter III, 40, was taken into custody Wednesday night, according to a tweet from the bureau’s Atlanta office. He will be returned to Minneapolis to face charges. There were no further details released about Dexter’s arrest.

According to court documents, Dexter “knowingly recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, provided, and advertised a minor victim to engage in a commercial sex act, knowing that the victim had not attained the age of 18 years.”

On Oct. 5, the FBI issued a $5,000 reward for information leading to Dexter’s capture.
