Seven people accused of bilking MARTA through fraudulent Breeze cards are to be in court Thursday.

The seven defendants who are to be arraigned before DeKalb Superior Court Judge Mark Anthony Scott are accused of infiltrating MARTA’s computer system to put value on hundreds of MARTA Breeze cards that they then peddled.

The ring peddled the fraudulent passes at various terminals including Doraville, Chamblee, H.E. Holmes and Five Points, officials said.

The defendants are Jedadia Byrd, Robert Clark, Christina Carney, Michael Dallas, Stephanie Finger, Pierre Metteaux and Melvin Summers all face felony racketeering charges.
