A man was shot to death Saturday night at an address known for trouble to Atlanta police.

The victim was identified as Demetrius Davis, 22, according to Channel 2 Action News. He died of multiple gunshot wounds, police said. No motive is known.

Last month, a disabled 62-year-old man, Obie Phillips, was shot at the same address, 1029 McDaniel St., where the JVC Grocery is located. He was walking home when a car drove by, shooting him for no apparent reason, relatives said.

That same Pittsburgh neighborhood location gained an amount of infamy two years ago when several men beat a gay man outside the store and a video of the beating circulated on the Internet. Three men were sent to prison for that beating.
