Man in serious condition after Savannah shooting

A man was taken to the hospital in serious condition Saturday after a shooting at Live Oak and East 32nd Street in Savannah, according to WSAV News 3.

Savannah police officers were involved in an officer-involved shooting Thursday night.
The GBI was called to the scene in Savannah on Thursday night, the fourth police shooting in the state this week.
Shots were fired about 9:20 p.m. when Savannah police officers responded to a home invasion near the city’s Midtown, according to the GBI. They encountered the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Deandre Lee Seaborough-Patterson, standing in the yard of the home. Seaborough-Patterson died after being transported to the hospital.
