The body of an unidentified man was found Saturday, face down in a creek off Sudderth Road in Gwinnett County.

Gwinnett police were called by a family that was out searching the woods for a missing relative and found the body.

Police spokesman Jeffery Richter said it had not been determined whether the body was that of the missing relative, who has not been heard from in about a month. Family members seemed to think it was the relative, he said.

Richter said a cause of death was undetermined.
