Dunwoody police arrested a man they describe as a repeat peeping Tom after he was caught running from Perimeter Mall on Friday.

An officer was summoned by a store employee and captured the suspect “after a lengthy foot pursuit through the parking deck and bushes,” according to a post on the Dunwoody Police Department’s Facebook page

Kareem S. Habbal was charged peeping Tom and obstruction of officers, WSB-TV reported.

Habbal was arrested in December by Roswell police after he was accused of spying on a teenaged girl in a dressing stall, the AJC reported previously.

“We are happy to have taken this man off the streets and urge everyone to always be mindful of your surroundings, even in places you feel more comfortable such as a fitting room,” police said in the Facebook post.
