On Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov.19, residents of Atlanta City Council District 9 will be able to dispose of scrap tires in their neighborhood in a district-wide coordinated effort launched by Councilwoman Felicia A. Moore.The clean-up is designed to collect abandoned tires and will take place at various locations throughout District 9, which includes much of West Atlanta.
