Water main break on Howell Mill and Northside Parkway to cause delays

April 25, 2011Rush hour is going to be really wet for some commuters.
A huge water main break on Howell Mill and Northside Parkway is causing flooding and as rush hour approaches, major traffic delays.
Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management is advising commuters to find another way home tonight and avoiding the area.
