Water line repairs to clog major Gwinnett road for hours

Water line repairs are expected to cause traffic issues on a major Gwinnett thoroughfare for several hours Monday.

Just before 11 a.m., the Snellville Police Department tweeted news about the water line issue. It is expected to effect the northbound lanes of Scenic Highway near Dogwood Road until about 5 p.m.
