A pair of Snellville residents is organizing a volunteer committee to develop a community garden.
Kurt and Gretchen Schulz said they anticipate placing the garden at Briscoe Park. They said the garden will consist of raised beds that will be planted and maintained by individuals or small groups of residents.
Plots will be available for rental on an annual basis. A plot rental fee will cover expenses for garden maintenance.
