Volunteers plant veggies Saturday

Volunteers will plant a garden Saturday, from 8 a.m. until noon, at Samuel Jones Boys and Girls Club, 450 East Lake Drive Decatur, 30030, as part of the annual Comcast Cares Day. The garden, one of 15 planted across the country, will be planted with the help of Network personality and creator of “Good Eats,” Alton Brown. The volunteer event is free and open to the public.
