Vehicle drives into vet clinic

One person was injured after driving a vehicle into a Gwinnett County veterinary clinic Monday afternoon.

The vehicle struck the Summit Chase Animal Hospital, at the intersection of U.S. 78 and Rosebud Road near Loganville, shortly after 5 p.m., Cpl. Jake Smith with Gwinnett police told the AJC.

The vehicle's driver, whose name was not released, was transported by ambulance to the hospital, Smith said. The driver's condition was not immediately available.
