No one was injured when a truck plowed through trees and a fence before landing in a neighborhood swimming pool Monday afternoon in north Fulton County.

The 44-year-old driver of the AT&T truck, whose name was not released, suffered a diabetic coma, causing him to lose control of the van, police told Channel 2 Action  News.

The truck landed right-side up in the Bridgestone Farm neighborhood pool on Morton Bridge Lane in Johns Creek, Rosemary Taylor, city spokeswoman, told the AJC.

None of the 12 people in the pool at the time were injured, Taylor said.

But those in the pool described the frightening experience to Channel 2.

"It came straight over one kid's head, almost hit him," Brandon Smith said. "Then it almost sucked my little sister under the car. And it was two feet away from hitting me."

The driver was not seriously injured and was transported to the hospital for treatment, Taylor said.

Police told Channel 2 they did not plan to file charges against the driver.
